This was another excellent turnkey project where Trident was responsible for:

  • Solution Design
  • Problem identification
  • Tool design
  • Metrology
  • Tool Manufacture in our inhouse CNC workshop
  • Assembly and disassembly of legacy machines

Trident harnessed innovation to the fullest by utilizing their cutting-edge Leica metrology system, combined with the power of the Jobs LYNX mill and a bespoke in-house tool.

The custom-made fly cutter, precision-machined in-house, allowed for the re-machining of bearing faces, ensuring impeccable performance once refitted.

Trident's Leica AT-500 metrology system played a pivotal role.

By verifying the diameter of surfaces and generating comprehensive pre-and-post adjustment reports, Trident ensured not only revitalization but also documented improvement. The marriage of cutting-edge technology and precise execution underlined Trident's engineering prowess.
